At Core Jiu Jitsu, we believe Jiu Jitsu is for everyone — kids, teens, and adults alike. Each of our programs is designed to meet students where they are, helping them build confidence, discipline, and strength both on and off the mats. Whether your goal is self-defense, fitness, competition, or personal growth, our family-friendly environment ensures every student feels supported, challenged, and part of our community.
Baby sharks (ages 4-5)
This class is designed to introduce young children to Jiu Jitsu in a safe, playful, and encouraging environment. At this age, the goal isn’t technique mastery—it’s helping kids feel comfortable on the mats, learn how their bodies move, and build confidence through structured Jiu Jitsu specific games. Each class blends basic movement skills with fun games that naturally develop coordination, balance, and body awareness—all foundational for Jiu Jitsu.
Keiki Class (ages 6-8)
Our Keiki (children’s) BJJ program introduces little ones to the foundations of Jiu Jitsu in a fun, safe, and positive environment. Classes focus on movement, balance, coordination, and teamwork — all while teaching respect, discipline, and confidence. Through games and age-appropriate drills, kids build focus, learn to listen, and develop a love for learning on and off the mats.
Juniors Class (ages 9-14)
Our Juniors BJJ program helps students grow both mentally and physically through structured training, teamwork, and discipline. Kids learn practical self-defense skills, problem-solving, and how to use technique instead of strength. Each class is designed to build confidence, resilience, and respect — all while having fun in a supportive community.
adults Class (ages 15+)
Our Adult BJJ program dives into the art of technique, leverage, and strategy. Whether you’re training for fitness, self-defense, or competition, you’ll build a strong foundation through drills, situational training, and live rolling. Each session challenges you to improve both physically and mentally, developing confidence, discipline, and a calm mindset that extends beyond the mats.
